what will the retreat look like?

Enjoy two days of personal reflection and growth. Leave the pressures of leadership behind and immerse yourself in thinking and practice, focused on your core values, both knowing and living them, in respect to your physical and mental wellbeing, and the wellbeing of all of your staff.

The retreat's numbers are strictly limited to ensure you receive personal attention from each of the experts. We are ready to create maximum impact and return on the time you invest here away from your busy schedule.

Both days will start at 8am and finish at 5.30pm, with a special dinner on the first evening.

Each day will start with a healthy, delicious breakfast and either a ‘tune in’ or ‘energy build’ session.
Then,  participate in group sessions led by our expert team.

Each session will assist you to:

  • reflect on where you are currently in your self-leadership and how this impacts on your business leadership 
  • learn new skills to live a more integrated life 
  • develop sustainable strategies that keep returning value after the retreat ends

One on one sessions with each expert will be available throughout the retreat to explore deeper personal or business applications.

This retreat has been designed to provide ongoing support to integrate the lessons and strategies into practice, and genuinely achieve transformation.The retreat includes follow-up components at one month and two further in person sessions at each 3 and 6 months.

    • Explore possibilities for developing a positive workplace mental health culture

    4.30 - 5.30pm:  Reflection session with Mike House

    6 pm :  Dinner at local Mundaring Restaurant

    about the retreat location:

    Lake Nenia is Perth's newest boutique venue,  nestled in the forest of Mundaring.  It is a versatile and tranquil location away from your usual routines,  and yet still close to home.

    The grounds span eight acres,  including stunning lake,  springs,  lawn areas,  tea-tree forest,  orchard,  quarry,  waterfalls and native harsh bushland where everyone will leave feeling rebalanced and reconnected to nature.

    Lake Nenia is approximately 45 minutes drive from the Perth CBD.
